Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up with prospective clients, maintain lead information, and support the client onboarding process.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer support.

Key Responsibilities• Respond to customer enquiries through phone and email.

• Follow up with prospective clients and leads.

• Maintain and update lead details in internal systems.

• Support the client onboarding process.

• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

• Maintain follow-up records and basic reports.

• Ensure timely and professional communication with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer support.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Customer-focused approach with good follow-up skills.

• Ability to work from the Koramangala office.
