 Key Responsibilities 

● Handle customer queries related to telecom services, billing, plans, and account-related concerns. 

● Address customer complaints and provide effective resolutions to ensure a positive customer experience. 

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans, upgrades, and additional services. 

● Manage customer objections and contribute to customer retention. 

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. 

● Meet defined customer service, quality, and upselling performance targets.
