IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.

User Assistance:

• Assist end-users in understanding and utilizing IT resources effectively.
• Train employees on new technologies and software applications.
• Create and update documentation for common issues and solutions.

System Administration:

• Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.

Software and Hardware Management:

• Coordinate with vendors for software and hardware procurement.
• Install and update software applications, patches, and security updates.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage hardware assets.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Respond to and mitigate security incidents and breaches.
