**Job Overview**

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to manage and maintain IT systems, Tally, CCTV cameras, and other electronic equipment across our offices and company buildings.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of computers, laptops, servers, printers, phones, tablets, and TVs.

* Maintain CCTV cameras across all buildings, ensuring proper recording, playback, storage, and camera connectivity.

* Install and maintain biometric attendance machines and support attendance data downloads.

* Manage internet connections, Wi-Fi, routers, and office networks.

* Handle Tally installation, server configuration, multi-user access, updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

* Support staff with Tally features, shortcut keys, and authorised changes to Tally settings and entries in coordination with the accounts team.

* Maintain regular backups of Tally data and other important company files, and check that backups can be restored.

* Store passwords securely, maintain access records, and provide access only to authorised persons.

* Provide daily technical support to staff and resolve issues promptly.

* Conduct regular checks to ensure cameras, printers, biometric machines, and all IT equipment across company buildings are working properly.

* Maintain an inventory of devices, software licences, warranties, and service records.

* Coordinate with vendors and service technicians for repairs, replacements, and maintenance.

**Required Skills and Knowledge**

* Practical experience in IT support, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

* Good knowledge of Tally, including server setup, installation, configuration, maintenance, shortcut keys, and user support.

* Experience handling CCTV systems, printers, and biometric attendance machines.

* Knowledge of data security, password management, and backup procedures.

* Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to staff.

* Ability to manage work independently and attend to technical requirements across company buildings.
