Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join a reputed jewellery showroom in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing product information, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
• Explain product details, including gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections, as applicable.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their budget, occasion, and preferences.
• Explain pricing, making charges, applicable taxes, weight, purity, and product certifications accurately.
• Demonstrate jewellery professionally and ensure proper handling and safekeeping of merchandise.
• Support sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom floor is clean and organized.
• Coordinate with the billing team for smooth customer transactions.
• Follow showroom policies, security procedures, and inventory-handling guidelines.
• Stay updated on jewellery collections, offers, and product knowledge.
• Required Skills and Qualifications1–3 years of experience in retail sales; jewellery showroom experience preferred.
• Good
