Junior Executive - Ecommerce

Qualifications·  Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

·  3–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

·  Experience in catalog management, including product listing, content optimization, and platform compliance

·  Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, digital campaigns, and customer targeting strategies

·  Experience in pricing strategies and analysis to improve sales performance and margins

·  Demonstrated negotiation skills with vendors, marketplaces, etc...

·  Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline operations and improve customer experience

·  Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (both front-end and back-end), and order management systems is plus.

·  Excellent analytical skills for tracking sales data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements

·  Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance

·  Experience building e-commerce businesses from the ground up is a plus

·  Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and web/mobile analytics tools is desirable
