Role Overview:

We are looking for a Korean Customer Support Executive to handle airline and travel-related customer queries, assist with flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle airline customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist with flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Provide support for travel-related queries.
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Primary Skills:

• English communication skills
• BPO or airline industry experience (Mandatory)
• Customer handling and query resolution
• Flight booking and cancellation support

Secondary Skills:

• Korean language proficiency
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Customer service quality standards
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• BPO or airline industry experience is mandatory.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
