Job Description
Role Summary
Field-based
role responsible for channel expansion, dealer-retailer management, and
driving primary & secondary sales for Glass Fiber Mesh & Insect Screen products.
Key Responsibilities
· Appoint and manage dealers,
distributors, and retailers
· Drive primary sales and
improve secondary sales off-take
· Ensure product availability,
visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets
· Identify new business
opportunities (contractors, fabricators, local projects)
· Conduct regular market visits
and track competitor activities
· Maintain daily sales reports
and market updates
Key Requirements
Graduate (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of experience in channel sales
(construction / building materials )
Strong dealer/distributor handling experience
Good communication and field execution skills
