Job OverviewBajaj Capital is hiring male and female candidates for the position of Field Marketing Executive at its Whitefield branch. This is a field-based role involving customer acquisition, lead generation, and promotion of financial products.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits and direct customer interactions.
  • Promote the company's financial products and services.
  • Identify potential customers and explain product benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
  • Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
  • Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male and Female
  • Qualification: 10th Pass and above
  • Age: 19–35 years
  • Language: Kannada is mandatory.
  • Work Type: Field Work
  • Salary & BenefitsTake-Home Salary: ₹18,000 per month
  • CTC: Up to ₹27,000 per month
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives
