Job Description

  • Manage a dedicated book of business, focusing on increasing "share of wallet" through cross-selling Surface, Express, and Cold Chain services.
  • Contract & Compliance: Lead contract negotiations and renewals. Monitor account performance data to ensure both the customer and the branch are meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Branch Operations and regional teams to ensure customized logistics solutions are implemented accurately and on time.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with decision-makers, ranging from local warehouse managers to C-level executives, ensuring long-term business continuity.
  • Market Intelligence: Track local competitor activity and industry trends to keep TCI Express ahead of marketplace changes.
