Store Executive

Store Executive JD:  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Check incoming goods and verify that the received items match the invoice and purchase documents.
• Handle regular shipment and delivery of requested materials.
• Maintain and update stock lists and inventory records.
• Maintain the Material Inward Register/List.
• Maintain corporate and retail material records.
• Receive faulty/damaged materials and update the records accordingly.
• Prepare shipping and dispatch documentation.
• Prepare manual Delivery Challans as per MRN requests.
• Weigh and identify materials before shipment.
• Receive, identify, inspect, and dispatch materials as per requirements.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of goods before dispatch.
• Ship materials as per MRN requests.
• Handle material loading and unloading activities.
• Prepare insurance lists for shipments.
• Prepare GRNs in Zoho and SAP.
• Prepare necessary documents, including Delivery Challans and E-Way Bills.
• Coordinate with internal teams for material receipt, storage, and dispatch.

Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break)

Job Location: Roopenaagrahara( near by Silk Borad junction)
