Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to manage our daily inventory and dispatch workflows. In this role, you will be the central bridge between our warehouse operations and our dealer network, ensuring that stock levels are optimized, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and dealer inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

 Dealer Communication & Support: Act as the primary operational point of contact for our dealer network. Promptly answer inbound questions regarding stock availability, order statuses, and general working procedures.

 Inventory Management: Continuously monitor and maintain accurate stock levels for all product lines at our Bengaluru facility.

 Procurement & Restocking: Proactively identify low-inventory items and place timely replenishment orders to prevent stockouts and ensure seamless supply.

 Logistics & Dispatch: Oversee the end-to-end physical dispatch process from the office and warehouse. Ensure goods are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to dealers on schedule.

 Operational Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date logs of inbound shipments, outgoing dispatches, and dealer correspondence to ensure complete supply chain transparency.

Requirements

 Proven experience in operations, inventory management, warehouse logistics, or a similar B2B support role.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills with a solutions-oriented approach to handling dealer relationships.

 Proficiency in basic inventory management software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).

 High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.

 Ability to troubleshoot daily logistical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
