About Supernan

Supernan is a managed childcare company that places verified nannies with over 1,000 families in Bengaluru. We manage every aspect of the engagement, including matching, attendance, payroll and backup coverage.


Role Summary

The Operations Executive will oversee daily nanny operations, ensuring reliable service to families and supporting new nannies through to placement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all nannies report to their assigned families on time
  • Provide nannies with regular, structured feedback on their performance
  • Coach new nannies through the onboarding course to completion and placement



Requirements

Candidates should have strong communication skills, proficiency in Kannada AND Hindi, and the ability to manage people with both firmness and empathy. Prior experience in operations or field coordination is preferred.


Work Schedule

Full-time, work from office, with an early start.
