2-3 years of experience
Excellent communication in English + Hindi; Kannada is a plus
Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Google Workspace, email, WhatsApp
Calendar and appointment management
Travel, hotel, ticket and meeting arrangements
Vendor and office coordination
Bills, payments, documentation and follow-ups
Personal errands and household/service coordination when required
Confidentiality and discretion
Able to work independently and prioritize urgent tasks
Professional, organized, trustworthy and comfortable handling both business + personal responsibilities
