PERSONAL TRAINER – JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Personal Trainer
Department: Fitness
Reports To: Fitness Manager / Club Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct professional 1-to-1 personal training sessions.
* Design personalised workout plans based on client goals.
* Monitor client progress and ensure measurable results.
* Maintain proper PT session records and client feedback.
* Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent service.
* Generate PT leads, conversions, renewals and referrals.
* Maintain gym floor discipline, safety and professional standards.
* Achieve assigned PT sales and performance targets.
* Follow company policies, grooming standards, uniform and shift timings.
Mandatory Requirements
* Valid Fitness / Personal Training Certification – Mandatory
* Strong knowledge of exercise, strength & conditioning.
* Good communication and client-handling skills.
* Professional, punctual and disciplined.
* Sales-oriented with a passion for fitness.
* Previous gym/PT experience preferred.
