💼 Job Role: Process Trainee Associate – US Process

📍 Location: 23 & 24, Building 2A (1st & 3rd Floor) and Building 1 (2nd Floor), AMR Tech Park, Hongasandra Village, Off Hosur Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068

💰 Salary: ₹21,500 + Night Shift Allowance + Incentives

🎓 Education: Graduation / 10+2 / Diploma

🛠️ Experience: Freshers Only

🎂 Age: Up to 27 Years

📅 Graduation Year: 2022 or Later

🚫 Eligibility: Non-BE/B.Tech graduates only • No Master’s candidates

🗣️ Communication: Excellent English communication skills; B2-level proficiency preferred

🌙 Shift: US Shift – Rotational night shifts between 5:30 PM and 10:30 PM

📅 Week Off: 2 Days Per Week

📝 POSITION SUMMARY-

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused freshers to join as Process Trainee Associates.

The role involves supporting the insurance claims fulfilment process, including receiving, reviewing, investigating, processing and taking appropriate action on claims according to established policies and process guidelines.

The position also involves customer service, claim review, investigation, adjustment where applicable, remittance or claim denial while maintaining quality, productivity and service-level standards.

• Understand and follow established professional standards, policies, procedures and process guidelines.

• Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently as per defined procedures.

• Handle customer calls and provide appropriate support as required.

• Follow Quality & Auditing parameters.

• Take ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities and deliverables.

• Coordinate effectively with peers, supervisors and relevant teams.

• Meet assigned productivity and performance targets.

• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to punctuality and shift requirements.
