Job Summary

We are hiring for a Project Manager – Site Execution role in the construction/painting industry. This is a field-based role involving end-to-end project execution, labour handling, and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and execution of painting/construction work
• Supervise and handle labour teams (painters, contractors, helpers)
• Ensure project timelines and work layer completion
• Maintain quality standards and site discipline
• Resolve labour issues, conflicts, and productivity challenges
• Submit daily reports (DPR): manpower, work progress, material usage
• Coordinate with internal teams for materials, planning, and billing inputs
