Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven and motivated Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the real estate industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to convert potential leads into successful property transactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage prospective buyers and investors interested in residential and commercial properties.
• Connect with potential clients, understand their property requirements, budget and preferences.
• Explain project details, configurations, pricing, amenities, location advantages and payment plans.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective customers.
• Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the property selection process.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers and nurture leads until closure.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to facilitate successful property transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners and developers.
• Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards overall business growth.

• Candidates with prior work experience will be considered strictly from the real estate industry.
• Experience in residential or commercial property sales, real estate consulting or property advisory will be an added advantage.
• Good verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic understanding of real estate projects, property transactions and market trends.
• Ability to work independently, handle sales targets and close deals.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
