Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

✨ Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales activities, generate new business, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market and excellent customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Handle property inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct property visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to sales executives.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for sales activities.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up details.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- 🛠️ Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property sales and the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain sales reports.
