Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to manage property sales, convert inquiries into buyers, and meet monthly sales targets. You will guide clients through the entire buying process, from initial property site visits to final deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, and online portals.
• Conduct site visits and present property options, layouts, and pricing plans to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly to secure bookings.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate or field sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Own vehicle and a valid driving license for site travel.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to close deals.
