Job Description
Visitor Management: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive; direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed., Tele calling candidates.
Administrative Support: Handle daily mail/deliveries, maintain office security by following safety procedures (visitor logs), and update calendars/schedule meetings.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable; monitor office supplies and order replacements.
Clerical Tasks: Perform duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing; assist the HR or Admin team with basic documentation.
