Job Description: Kitchen Operations Executive

Role Overview We are looking for a highly proactive and efficient Kitchen Operations Executive to take complete ownership of our daily food and beverage station. In this role, you will be the core operator responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and perfectly executing our signature waffles and bubble tea. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment and maintains exceptional hygiene and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Accurately take customer orders, process payments, and punch details into the POS system (Petpooja) to generate KOTs via the thermal printer.
• Food & Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare and bake fresh waffles (including specialty items like stroopwafels) to precise recipe and plating standards, ensuring high visual appeal for customers.
• Brew, mix, and seal bubble teas and boba beverages, maintaining accurate flavor profiles and ingredient ratios.
• Complete Kitchen Operations: Manage end-to-end station activities, from morning prep and equipment startup (waffle irons, exhaust systems, POS) to evening closing checklists.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor daily stock levels for waffle batter, boba pearls, syrups, and packaging materials. Report shortages and manage ingredient shelf-life.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict cleanliness protocols across the prep counters, beverage stations, and kitchen floor. Ensure all food safety and handling guidelines are strictly followed.
• Customer Experience: Deliver prompt, friendly service. Address any customer inquiries regarding the menu and ensure all orders are handed over accurately and on time.

Requirements & Skills

• Prior experience in a QSR, bakery, or cafe environment, specifically handling desserts or specialty beverages.
• Hands-on experience operating commercial kitchen equipment (waffle makers, blenders, sealing machines).
• Comfortable working with POS billing software and daily cash/UPI management.
• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage high order volumes during peak hours.
• Excellent personal hygiene and a meticulous approach to workspace cleanliness.
• Good communication skills to interact directly with customers and take orders effectively.

Work Hours & Compensation

• Shift Timings: 12pm - 9:30pm
• Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 / month + Incentives based on outlet performance.
• Weekly Off: 1 day a week (Weekdays preferred).
