Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and learn what theyre looking for.
  • Help shoppers find suitable activewear, footwear, accessories, and fitness equipment.
  • Explain product features, offers, and store policies.
  • Support product trials and help customers compare options.
  • Keep shelves and displays tidy and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Assist with billing, stock checks, and inventory organization.
  • Share customer questions and feedback with the store team.
  • Help maintain a friendly, organized shopping environment.

What you’ll need

  • Clear communication and a helpful approach with customers.
  • Interest in retail, sportswear, fitness, or customer service.
  • Willingness to learn about products and sales.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work store hours, including weekends if required
