Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Field Executive to onboard auto and cab owners onto the Uber platform. The role involves meeting vehicle owners, explaining the benefits of Uber attachment, collecting and verifying documents, assisting with the onboarding process, and ensuring smooth account activation. The candidate will also participate in promotional activities, including setting up stalls at designated locations to generate leads and create awareness about Uber attachment services. Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach potential auto and cab owners for Uber attachment. • Explain the benefits, earnings, and onboarding process of partnering with Uber. • Generate leads through field visits, RTOs, taxi stands, auto stands, apartment complexes, commercial areas, and referrals. • Set up and manage promotional stalls at designated locations, events, and public places to create awareness about Uber Auto and Cab attachment services. • Interact with walk-in customers, explain the attachment process, answer their queries, and generate quality leads. • Distribute brochures and promotional materials to prospective customers. • Collect, verify, and submit all required documents for driver and vehicle onboarding. • Coordinate with the operations team for document verification and account activation. • Follow up with prospective customers until the onboarding process is completed. • Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, documents collected, and successful attachments. • Achieve monthly lead generation and onboarding targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, vehicle owners, and fleet operators. Eligibility • Minimum Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate. • 0–2 years of experience in field sales, customer acquisition, business development, or driver onboarding. • Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field are welcome to apply. Required Skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-focused with a positive attitude. • Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets. • Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications. • Good negotiation and convincing skills. • Willingness to travel within the assigned area and participate in promotional events and stall activities.
