Job Description
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and engage with potential customers for car insurance policies.
- Conduct field visits to clients and dealerships to generate leads and close sales.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Promote company products and services to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
- Provide timely support to clients for policy issuance, renewals, and claims processing.
- Assist customers with documentation and paperwork.
- Claims Assistance:
- Support customers during the claims process by guiding them through necessary documentation and procedures.
- Coordinate with the claims department for timely resolution.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and policies issued.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Stay updated on insurance industry regulations and requirements.
