Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and welcome customers visiting the showroom.
  • Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
  • Explain vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
  • Generate leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, calls, and other sources.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Explain finance, insurance, exchange, and other value-added services.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/DMS.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Collect customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.
