Job Description

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals and networking.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  3. Promote company products and services and explain their features and benefits.
  4. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  5. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
  6. Conduct customer meetings, follow-ups and regular market visits.
  7. Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets.
  8. Coordinate with accounts, operations and other departments for smooth order execution and payment collection.
  9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
  10. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  11. Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Develop sales strategies and contribute to overall business growth.
  13. Monitor sales performance and ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries and orders.
  14. Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.
