About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Expert to join our team at NoBroker. This role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their real estate needs, and converting leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant services
- Follow up consistently to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Tele-sales / Inside Sales
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- Objection Handling & Negotiation
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Target-driven mindset
Compensation: Fixed + Incentive/Commission
