Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Outreach & Sales Conversion
- Call leads (inbound inquiries, digital ad leads, database records) to introduce clinic treatments, services, and wellness packages.
- Understand patient concerns, recommend appropriate doctor consultations or treatment plans, and highlight package benefits.
- Convert prospective inquiries into confirmed clinic visits or paid treatment bookings.
Appointment Scheduling & Follow-Up
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule doctor consultations using the clinic’s appointment software or CRM.
- Perform follow-up calls for missed appointments, treatment renewals, and ongoing patient care check-ins.
Lead Management & CRM Documentation
- Track and log call statuses, feedback, booking details, and follow-up schedules in Excel or CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate patient interaction records to ensure smooth handoff to the in-clinic front desk team.
Customer Support & Query Handling
- Answer patient questions regarding pricing, consultation procedures, prep instructions, and clinic locations.
- Address objections empathetically while upholding patient confidentiality and ethical healthcare communication.
