Job OverviewFreechargeBiz is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for its Gold Loan Division in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in gold loan sales, business development, and customer relationship management.

  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesDrive gold loan sales and achieve assigned business targets.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
  • Explain gold loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase gold loan business.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of gold loan applications.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th pass.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in gold loan sales is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Good sales, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English.
