About the RoleArteo Luxury is looking for an experienced 2D AutoCAD Draftsman with 2–4 years of professional experience in interior design and architectural drafting.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed, and execution-ready 2D drawings for luxury residential and interior projects, working closely with our designers, visualisers, and site execution teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for interior projects, including:

• Furniture Layouts
• Furniture Detail Drawings
• Electrical Layouts
• Lighting Layouts
• False Ceiling & Ceiling Layouts
• Flooring Layouts
• Wall Elevations
• Detailed Wall Paneling Drawings
• Joinery & Carpentry Details
• Door & Window Details
• Sections and Construction Details
• Kitchen and Wardrobe Details
• Partition Details
• Other technical drawings required for project execution.
• ResponsibilitiesConvert design concepts, 3D renders, sketches, and designer instructions into accurate 2D technical drawings.
• Prepare detailed drawings based on site measurements and actual site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings have accurate dimensions, levels, annotations, materials, and specifications.
• Coordinate drawings with the design, visualization, and site execution teams.
• Make revisions and modifications based on design changes and site requirements.
• Prepare complete drawing sets required for execution at site.
• Coordinate different drawings such as furniture, electrical, ceiling, flooring, and elevations to ensure consistency.
• Maintain proper AutoCAD layers, blocks, line weights, scales, title blocks, and drawing standards.
• Identify discrepancies between design drawings, site measurements, and execution requirements.
• Ensure drawings are technically practical and suitable for execution.
• Manage multiple projects and drawings while meeting project deadlines.
• Required Skills & Experience2–4 years of professional experience as a 2D AutoCAD Draftsman.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
• Strong experience in preparing interior design and execution drawings.
• Good understanding of:
• Interior detailing
• Furniture and joinery
• Electrical and lighting layouts
• Ceiling design and detailing
• Flooring patterns and layouts
• Wall elevations and paneling
• Sections and construction details
• Ability to read and understand 3D renders, floor plans, elevations, and design concepts.
• Ability to accurately translate designs into execution-ready technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and dimensional accuracy.
• Good understanding of materials and interior construction methods.
• Ability to coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• PreferredPrevious experience with luxury residential interiors.
• Experience working with an interior design, architecture, or turnkey execution company.
• Experience in preparing drawings for high-end residential projects.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other design software will be an advantage.
• Experience coordinating drawings with on-site execution teams.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is highly proficient in AutoCAD 2D, understands interior design technically, pays close attention to detail, and can independently prepare complete drawing packages that a site team can execute from.

Portfolio of previous AutoCAD 2D/interior technical drawings is preferred.
