*1. Business Development Associate (BDA)*

Experience: 0-1 year

Salary Bracket: 7 - 8.4 LPA

Age: Up to 29 years

Education:

UG: B.Tech (Tech), B.Com/BBA (Non-Tech)

PG: M.Tech (Tech), MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Background: EdTech experience or Freshers


*2. Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)*

Experience: 1-5 years (1 year EdTech experience is mandatory)

Salary Bracket: 8.5 - 11.4 LPA

Age: Up to 31 years

Sales Experience: Mandatory

Education:

UG: B.Tech (Tech), B.Com/BBA (Non-Tech)

PG: M.Tech (Tech), MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Background: EdTech or a combination of EdTech & Non-EdTech sectors


*Note:* Candidates will be provided an average hike of 20-25% on their fixed pay. 30% hike will be provided based on the final round panelist's feedback.
