### **Job Summary**

The Tele Caller is responsible for reaching out to prospective customers over the phone, explaining products or services, addressing queries, and ensuring lead conversion or customer satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities**

1. **Outbound & Inbound Calls**

  * Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and conversions.

  * Handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, and resolve queries.

2. **Customer Engagement**

  * Explain company products, services, programs clearly.

  * Counsel customers on benefits, procedures, and next steps.

3. **Lead Management**

  * Maintain and update call records in CRM or databases.

  * Follow up regularly with leads to ensure timely conversion.

4. **Target Achievement**

  * Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

  * Assist the team in achieving overall sales/admission goals.

5. **Coordination & Reporting**

  * Coordinate with the sales/admission team for smooth process flow.

  * Prepare and submit daily call reports to the Team Leader/Manager.

### **Skills & Qualifications**

* **Education:** Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

* **Experience:** 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers may also apply).

* **Skills:**

 * Excellent verbal communication skills in \[English / Hindi / Local Language].

 * Polite and persuasive telephone etiquette.

 * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).

 * Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
