Server Engineer

Ideal Coffee Machines is looking for a Coffee Machine Technician in Bangalore with hands-on knowledge of commercial coffee machines, espresso machines, or similar equipment.

The technician will be responsible for installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of coffee machines at customer locations.

• Key Responsibilities: Installation and servicing of commercial coffee machines
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing and technical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular machine servicing
• Troubleshoot issues related to boilers, pumps, valves, heating elements, PCBs, grinders and other components
• Attend customer service calls across Bangalore
• Maintain service reports and communicate issues clearly with the service team
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
• Provide basic machine usage and maintenance guidance to customers
• Candidate Requirements: Prior knowledge/experience with coffee machines is strongly preferred
• Experience with espresso machines, vending machines, kitchen equipment or similar electromechanical equipment can also be considered
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Comfortable with field service and travelling within Bangalore
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Refrigeration preferred
• Responsible, punctual and customer-friendly attitude
• 1–5 years of relevant technical/service experience preferred
