Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers by receiving vehicles, understanding their service requirements, and preparing accurate job cards with all necessary details and customer complaints recorded.
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repair work by explaining vehicle condition, service estimates, and available value-added services in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate service workflow by communicating effectively with workshop supervisors, technicians, and the spares department to ensure timely completion of vehicles as per commitments.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by providing regular job status updates, handling queries or concerns promptly, and conducting post-service follow-ups to verify service quality.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and records including job cards, customer feedback, and billing details, ensuring compliance with dealership and TVS service policies.
