Job Description

Positions:

🔹 Site Engineer

🔹 QS Engineer

🔹 Finishing Engineer

🔹 Project Coordinator

Experience: 3–8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Project: 🏢 High-Rise Residential Apartment Projects – MANDATORY

Key Requirements:

Hands-on experience in High-Rise Residential Apartment projects is mandatory.

Site execution, RCC & finishing works.

Quantity measurement, BOQ, client/subcontractor billing and quantity verification.

Coordination with contractors, consultants, MEP and internal teams.

Quality, safety, progress monitoring and project documentation.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel/Office; MS Project/Primavera is an added advantage.
