Job Description

1.    Customer Handling: Greet customers, understand their requirements, and explain laundry services, pricing, and offers.

2.    Sales and Billing: Generate bills, collect payments, maintain billing records, and support sales growth.

3.    Order Management: Accept clothes for washing, dry cleaning, and ironing, ensuring proper tagging and order entry.

4.    Store Operations: Handle daily store operations, maintain cleanliness, manage clothes and stock, and coordinate with the laundry and delivery teams.

5.    Customer Service: Handle customer queries and complaints, track order status, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
