Job Description
About the role
Run the day-to-day of our first flagship store — team, stock, customers, and store standards.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store; manage daily operations
- Lead and roster the floor team; train new associates
- Track sales, billing, and daily reporting
- Manage stock — receiving, inventory accuracy, reordering, stock audits
- Handle customer escalations
- Oversee blouse tailoring turnaround and customer follow-ups
- Maintain display and store upkeep standards
- Coordinate in-store events and share customer feedback with the brand team
Requirements
- 1–5 years in retail, at least 1 in a supervisory role
- Saree or apparel retail preferred
- Kannada and English; Hindi a plus
- Comfortable with billing/inventory software and basic reporting
- Available weekends and festival season
