About the RoleWe are looking for a Supervisor to manage and scale our Offline Activation operations. The role involves identifying and prioritizing societies, parks, and other hotspots for activation, mapping pharmacists to locations, and overseeing the on-ground logistics and operations required to ensure smooth and effective activations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate societies, parks, and other hotspots suitable for activation drives.
• Plan and manage the activation calendar across assigned locations.
• Map and allocate pharmacists to societies based on coverage requirements and customer demand.
• Coordinate logistics and operational requirements for on-ground activations, including equipment, supplies, scheduling, and manpower.
• Supervise and support the on-ground pharmacist team to ensure smooth execution of activations.
• Track activation performance and proactively troubleshoot on-ground operational issues.
• Liaise with society management, facility managers, and other relevant contacts to secure and maintain activation access.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies and external partners for activation support and execution.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, timelines, and quality standards across all activation locations.
• RequirementsEducation: B.Pharma degree is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in on-ground operations and team handling.
• Working knowledge of logistics and operational coordination.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong planning, coordination, and people-management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Comfortable working on-ground across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage multiple activations and priorities simultaneously.
