Supply Chain Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The Supply Chain Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for efficiency.

Day-to-Day Operations Management:

o Oversee and optimize daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and

effectiveness.

o Implement and improve operational policies and procedures to enhance overall

business performance.

Vendor Management:

o Cultivate and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.

o Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure favorable agreements for the

company.

o Conduct regular vendor evaluations to ensure compliance with quality and service

standards.

Communication:

o Facilitate clear and effective communication channels between departments,

vendors, and other stakeholders.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and

implement solutions.

o Provide regular updates on operational performance to management.

Supply Chain Management:

o Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensuring timely and

cost-effective delivery of goods and services.o Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:

o Oversee inventory levels and develop strategies to minimize excess or obsolete

stock.

o Implement inventory control measures to enhance accuracy and reduce

discrepancies.

Procurement & Sourcing:

o Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring the timely

availability of goods and services.

o Identify cost-effective sourcing options while maintaining product quality.

Logistics:

o Coordinate and optimize logistics operations, including transportation and

distribution.

o Ensure efficient routing and delivery processes to meet customer expectations.

Cost Reduction:

o Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or service.

o Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor their impact on overall operations.
