Job Description – Taxation Executive

Position: Taxation Executive

Experience: 1 Year

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate

Languages: English & Kannada

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day Direct & Indirect Taxation activities.
• Prepare and file GST Returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.
• Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing.
• Handle TDS returns, payments, and reconciliations.
• Assist in GST reconciliation, including GSTR-2B vs Purchase Books.
• Respond to GST and Income Tax notices under guidance.
• Maintain proper tax records and supporting documents.
• Assist in tax calculations and compliance work.
• Coordinate with clients and internal accounts team for required information.
• Keep updated with changes in GST and Income Tax laws.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of GST and Income Tax.
• Basic knowledge of TDS and tax compliance.
• Practical knowledge of GST portal and Income Tax portal.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.
• Candidate ProfileGraduate in B.Com / M.Com / BBA / related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Taxation.
• Candidates with practical experience in GST, TDS and ITR filing will be preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong practical taxation knowledge may also be considered.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and knowledge.
