Job SummaryWe are looking for a Technical Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on training in Data Analytics, Data Science, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, online, and corporate training sessions.
• Explain technical concepts using practical examples and real-world projects.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide learners through hands-on projects and case studies.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.
• Support interview preparation and project development.
• Constant training content updation on emerging technologies.

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel: Formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, and dashboards.
• Power BI: Power Query, DAX, data modelling, and interactive dashboards.
• Tableau: Data visualization, calculated fields, filters, and dashboards.
• SQL: Queries, joins, subqueries, and database fundamentals.
• Python Programming: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib.
• R Programming: Statistical analysis, data manipulation, and visualization.
• Data Analytics: Data cleaning, EDA, statistics, and reporting.
• Data Science: Machine learning fundamentals, model building, and evaluation.
• Generative AI (GenAI): LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, AI tools, and AI-powered applications.
• Agentic AI: AI agents, tool calling, workflow automation, multi-step reasoning, and agent frameworks.
• AI/ML: Fundamentals of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and practical applications.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant training or industry experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical project experience in one or more relevant domains.
• Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in student or corporate training.
• Hands-on experience with analytics dashboards, machine learning models, GenAI applications, or AI agents.
• Ability to develop practical exercises and industry-based projects.
