Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through outbound calls, customer referrals, digital channels, and other sales activities.
- Promote personal loans, home loans, and credit card products from banks and financial institutions.
- Contact prospective customers and explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Collect and verify customer application documents as per bank requirements.
- Coordinate with bank and NBFC representatives for application processing and approval updates.
- Follow up with customers until application approval and disbursement, where applicable.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and sourcing objectives.
- Maintain customer records, lead databases, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure customer consent, accurate information, data confidentiality, and compliance with applicable bank policies.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: PUC / 12th Pass or any degree.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Knowledge of banking products and loan processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and handle customer queries professionally.
