Job Description

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and target-oriented individuals to join our Collections Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make collection follow-up calls to customers.
  • Communicate professionally and follow up on pending payments.
  • Learn and explore new strategies to improve calling productivity.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
  • Maintain proper customer records and follow-up schedules.
  • Develop effective communication and negotiation skills to improve collection performance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Candidates who can speak multiple languages will be given preference.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to learn, improve productivity, and achieve targets.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
