Job Description
We are hiring energetic and confident *Telecallers* for our insurance sales team. The candidate will contact prospective and existing customers, explain insurance products, generate leads, follow up with customers and assist them with policy renewals.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Call customers regarding motor and other insurance requirements
* Explain policy benefits, quotations and renewal options
* Follow up with interested customers and close sales
* Maintain accurate customer and call records
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
* Provide professional customer service
*Candidate Requirements:*
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
* Telecalling, sales or insurance experience will be an advantage
* Candidates residing in or around Rajajinagar are preferred
