Job Description – Telecalling Executive
Company: S V Innovative Solutions
Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecalling Executives to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills and be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Use convincing skills to convert leads into potential sales.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain customer records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to improve conversions and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic customer-handling and sales skills.
- Ability to work towards targets.
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales is an advantage.
