We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to connect with customers over the phone, explain products or services, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales. Freshers can apply for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products, services, offers, and pricing clearly.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.
