Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and target-oriented Field / Tele Sales Executives to join our Yeshwantpur FPC team. The candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, lead generation, promoting financial products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets through field activities and customer engagement.
- Job DetailsSalary: ₹18,000 Take-Home / Up to ₹25,000 CTC + Incentives
- Gender: Male & Female
- Qualification: 10th Pass & Above
- Age: 19–35 Years
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Language: Kannada is mandatory
- Job Type: Field Work
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers through field activities.
- Interact with customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain and promote financial products and services.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits within the assigned area.
