Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking/financial products and services.
- Explain loan, credit card, insurance, or other banking products to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Maintain daily call and customer follow-up records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for further processing.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
