Position: Telesales Executive

We are hiring a Telesales Executive responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining services, generating leads, handling customer queries, and converting prospects into successful sales through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and update sales records.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.
• Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain customer databases and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer support.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email handling.
• Ability to maintain customer records.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Freshers can apply; prior telesales experience will be an advantage.
